What does being part of this organization or program mean to you?
It means a lot to me. I was there when it first started, and I was only in high school. I was one of the first people asked to join, and I have really noticed over the past 4-5 years that YFNED has made a big difference for First Nations students. It's meaningful to see that, and it has brought me to a lot of places.
What was a highlight of attending the 2026 Youth Summit and Expo?
I enjoyed it a lot. Toronto is so interesting, and there's so much to do there. I was excited about the entrepreneurial sessions because I'm already a small business owner, but I'm hoping to start more businesses and expand. I enjoyed learning ideas for how to scale up my businesses, and it was exciting to meet and network with lots of different people.
