What does being part of this organization or program mean to you?
Being a part of CBSN reminds me that I am a part of an organization that constantly exposes me to leaders in the science field who represent me. It has given me amazing opportunities to connect, learn and be involved in science spaces. Showing me how to grow to be an inspiration to others.
What was a highlight of attending the 2026 Youth Summit and Expo?
The opportunities to meet so many people with similar interests, and spaces to meet people who inspire you to take all the opportunities at your disposal. Specifically, the panels I attended were so inspiring - hearing from so many people, their journeys, mistakes, and advice on how to succeed. Attending panels has been one thing that I’ve adopted ever since the Summit.
What excites you about STEM?
I am interested in medicine and accessibility to health care, and I am interested in the advancements in technology and different innovations that can help improve my fields of interest.
Fun fact about me:
I love travelling, and I went to 7 countries in the summer after I graduated high school.
