What does being part of this organization or program mean to you?
Being part of SCWIST is special to me because of its support and inclusivity. As a part of the Quantum Leaps program, I am grateful to have been offered encouragement and guidance in exploring career fields of my interest, connecting and hearing from other youth, and networking with professionals and those with similar interests. SCWIST has provided me with various valuable experiences that have motivated me to continue in my journey of experiential learning and grow communities around me in an interest for STEM.
What part of attending the 2026 Youth Summit and Expo are you most excited about?
I am most excited to have the opportunity to network and connect with youth from different parts of Canada, learn from people at the professional level and what roles STEM plays at the national level
What excites you about STEM?
What excites me the most about STEM is how different fields come together to collaborate and innovate and being able to share my learning. I am curious to learn more about the role of business and policy in STEM as well as different career paths in high demand.

I enjoy water sports and outdoor activities!
