What does being part of this organization or program mean to you?
SCWIST has provided me with a lot of opportunities. Not just opportunities in terms of STEM and science, but also in the sense of getting the chance to connect with youth from all around Canada with similar passions, getting to work on something I’m deeply passionate about, and having so many mentors to guide me every step of the way!
What part of attending the 2026 Youth Summit and Expo are you most excited about?
I’m most excited about attending the Summit. I think it provides a lot of networking opportunities, and the chance to get to meet people from all over the country.
What excites you about STEM?
I love how STEM is endless. There’s always loopholes, never ending possibilities, and something to solve. There’s no definite right or wrong answer because it’s all based on evidence, and to have the chance to find the evidence for something with limitless possibilities is the most exciting thing to me.
Fun fact about me:
Fun fact- I’m crazy scared of camels! Their hump just terrifies me :)
