I enjoyed attending the Youth Talent and Jobs session, where we talked about the future of youth employment and how to optimize the scope for young people — whether that's creating more programs or helping youth create meaningful networks. It was great connecting with other young people who are wondering what's next for them after school. One lesson from the session that really stood out to me was about networking meaningfully. We talked about using your experiences to feed into others and receiving their experiences too. We often think of networking as "getting something." But as someone who wants to make connections, you can also offer something to the other people you're meeting by sharing your experiences.
