What does being part of this organization or program mean to you?
Being part of this organization means so much to me. I love being able to learn from the knowledgeable people that I get to meet. I have made so many connections, met interesting people, and gotten to attend special events like this that I am beyond grateful for.
What part of attending the 2026 Youth Summit and Expo are you most excited about?
I am most excited for the two summit days. I can't wait to attend the specific sessions that I got to choose because they piqued my interest! I am also excited for the gala because I have never attended one before, and I love dressing up!
What excites you about STEM?
STEM excites me because it is so inclusive and significant in our world. Science is my favorite field because I love the hands-on experiments and the facts that can back it up. I have always been a curious person who likes answers, and science provides answers, which is probably why I gravitate towards it!
Fun fact about me:
Since university takes up most of my time, I enjoy having various hobbies that I can do when I am stressed or just enjoy when I have free time. I love reading books, and I enjoy most genres, my favorite being romance or historical fiction. I also enjoy journaling and scrapbooking. Crafting is a fun hobby because you can create anything, and I love the uniqueness of it. I have tried to get into baking, I really like it, but I am not the best at it yet! And recently I started doing a puzzle, which is time-consuming but very therapeutic!
