Satoshi Takano is the Founder and CEO of ReactForge Cognitive Performance Institute, where he works at the intersection of analytics, cognition, and sport performance. He built ReactForge to solve a fundamental gap in athlete development: while performance data continues to grow, very little of it is translated into better in-game decisions. His work focuses on turning video, behavioral data, and cognitive insights into training systems that directly improve how athletes see, process, and decide under pressure. Satoshi leads the development of ReactVIEW, an AI-powered video analysis platform designed to reduce coach workload while increasing clarity, accountability, and learning for athletes. He works across multiple sports with youth, professional athletes, and teams, helping organizations move beyond raw metrics toward actionable intelligence that actually changes performance.
