A passionate advocate, Rosie Hessian, through the Jill of All TradesTM program, is bringing community partners together to lead a movement aimed at empowering young women to choose skilled trade careers. Breaking down barriers and challenging stereotypes, Rosie, along with host colleges, career centres, universities, industry, government, school boards/districts, associations, and employers from across North America, is creating an awareness, providing hands-on experiences and encouraging networking opportunities showcasing the potential within skilled trades careers. Rosie fosters strategic partnerships, access and engagement, igniting a movement that redefines the narrative and inspires a new generation of skilled trade professionals, where young women flourish in every facet of the skilled trades landscape.
