Lynn White is the President & CEO of Aboriginal Community Career Employment Services Society (ACCESS), an Indigenous-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering urban Indigenous peoples in the Metro Vancouver area through education, skills training, employment services, and professional development. A member of the Gitxaala Nation – Raven Clan, she has led ACCESS since 2006, guiding community programs that help clients complete education, explore career opportunities, and secure meaningful work while honoring cultural values. In addition to her role at ACCESS, she serves on Indigenous employment and community boards and also leads the Urban Spirit Foundation, which expands supports like scholarships to further Indigenous success.
