Kudzaishe Gondora, M.A. (she/her) is a social impact strategist and global development professional. She currently serves as an External Advisor to the Wilson College of Leadership & Civic Engagement at McMaster University. Previously, she worked as Grants Finance Manager at World Vision Canada, leading the financial lifecycle of multi-million-dollar UN and Global Affairs Canada grants across multiple regions. She also led humanitarian research for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, authoring a strategic report on sustainable revenue models for aid delivery in Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School.
