Fikayo Aderoju
Fikayo Aderoju is the first Nigerian to receive the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers and the first person to receive both the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers and the Diana Award in the same year. An entrepreneur, trailblazer, and one of Canada’s most influential young leaders, Fikayo serves as Chairman and CEO of BFG Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio spanning digital marketing, clothing, publishing, and live events. He founded Project Impacting Lives, the largest youth-led care-product distribution initiative in Canada, delivering more than 10,000 items to people in need. He also chairs the York University Black Alumni Network and has reached millions through his media platforms.
